Acxiom Forms Marketing-Focused Partnerships

Acxiom said early Wednesday it was selected by The Michaels Companies’ (MIK) Michaels Stores to provide its integrated, data-driven marketing solutions to enhance customer experience and optimize marketing investments.
“Acxiom connects our marketing and advertising ecosystem at the data layer. This will help us improve our customer engagement, increase the relevance of our customer communication, and enable us to more fully measure the effectiveness of our marketing programs,” said Steve Carlotti, executive vice president of marketing at The Michaels Companies.

Separately, Acxiom said it formed a partnership with Embrace Home Loans under which it will provide its data-driven ecosystem to boost the effectiveness of Embrace’s marketing programs and allow Embrace to “have a singular view of customers and prospects across digital and offline channels.”
